Our most viral reel for 2025 got over 90,000 views on Tiktok!  It's one of those unreal moments to be honest.  We are really just a very small business, hanging on by our fingernails sometimes.  And, I do all the media -- I am sporadic at best, never consistent and teaching this old dog new tricks is ...sometimes baffling.  So, to see a video Sedat shot, that I put together hit so many views blows my mind.  No idea how it happened, but I keep trying to recreate the magic :) Most Viral Reel 2025

Turkish coffee is traditionally brewed in a small pot called a cezve or ibrik.  This cezve is usually made of copper, brass, or cast iron and has a long handle.  It is also important to note that the coffee should be finely ground, as the grind size is important to the final flavor of the coffee.  I am adding a video we have on social media of a dear friend, Gulcan, showing us how to make a cup of Turkish coffee.  She did this many years ago, but the process is remains the same.  Put a cup of water in the READ MORE >>
